Richard Silton

Richard G. Silton

President and Chief Executive Officer


Rich joined VideoLink as president and CEO in 2010, bringing over 30 years of executive experience in strategy, operations, finance, technology, marketing, and human resources.

At each company he has led in his career, he has introduced new technologies and strategic vision to consistently increase revenues, improve operating performance, and drive significant value creation. Rich earned his BA at Middlebury College and his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Lloyd Bunting

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing


Lloyd Bunting joined VideoLink in 2010. He brings twenty-five years of executive sales management experience, most recently from Access TCA, where he led all sales and marketing activities.

Previously Lloyd held senior sales positions at AMR Research and Giga Information Group. Lloyd earned a BS from Brown University and his MBA from Babson College.

Kevin McCarthy

Vice President, Production


Kevin McCarthy joined VideoLink in 2013. Currently, he oversees  video production and operations. His teams support multiple productions each day, and facilitate thousands of on-air appearances each year.

Kevin has 30 years of worldwide broadcast television experience focusing on production management. He’s managed hundreds of live, remote, on-location, and virtual productions and worked on many large-scale projects.

Kevin received his BA from Hofstra University’s School of Communications in Broadcast Television.

Kristen Mobilia

Vice President, Finance and Administration


Kristen Mobilia joined VideoLink in 2013. She brings executive experience in both the finance and human resources areas.

She has held leadership roles in professional services firms, as well as startups and non-profits.

Kristen earned a BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Leigh Willis

Vice President, Engineering


Leigh Willis joined VideoLink as an intern in 2001.  Since then, he became the driving force behind VideoLink’s technology innovation. He helped lead the industry-wide adoption of broadcast video transmission over the internet.

Leigh also led the development of patented technologies related to the Enhanced IP network and ReadyCam® system.

Today, Leigh manages all aspects of production and ReadyCam engineering, facilities and equipment integration, technology research and development, and software development.

Stu Siegal

Executive Producer/Creative Director


Stu Siegal joined VideoLink in 2011. He heads the VLCreative Group, overseeing all creative content production. Stu brings over 30 years of experience in the entertainment, marketing, and promotion industries to VLCreative.

Stu has created video content for nearly every major network and studio, including ABC, CBS, Fox, Paramount, Warner Brothers, Discovery, and Sony. In the corporate and digital arenas, he has created content for clients such as Toll Brothers, Eaton Vance, Great West, Ameriprise, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, and numerous other best-in-class brands. He received his BA from Boston University in Broadcasting & Film.
