New York ad agency relies on SMT to promote client nationally

Satellite Media Tours (SMT) are used by brands who want to reach millions of customers across the world from one convenient location via satellite. An SMT enables brands to simply demonstrate products to a select media audience, and create buzz in multiple target markets in a span of a few hours.

Agency212, a full-service advertising agency in New York City, needed to create national buzz for their client, Cavit Wine, as part of Bon Appétit Magazine’s Top Food Trends of 2012. Agency212 chose to showcase Cavit Wine at the Bon Appetit Kitchen located in the heart of New York City, in Times Square even though it is traditionally a difficult and typically inaccessible venue. The Times Square location was critical to the success of the tour.  As such, the agency needed both an experienced satellite media tour company as well as a cost-effective solution.  Agency212 chose the VideoLink team to plan and produce the tour.
