VideoLink LLC is pleased to announce the addition of The Switch to its world class transmission line up. The Switch, a supplier of customer-controlled video switching services, will provide a second HD transmission option to VideoLink’s downtown Boston studio. Along with VideoLink’s proprietary Enhanced IP™ video transmission technology, the Boston studio, located at 10 Liberty Square, now offers an uncompressed 1.485Gbps HD-SDI connection to transmit broadcast quality video to national and international television networks.

“At VideoLink, we pride ourselves on our superior quality video and transmission services. This new transmission option from The Switch allows us to continue to do this while giving us more carrier diversity and flexibility,” says Rich Silton, President and CEO, VideoLink LLC. “Not only will the partnership provide our network clients another avenue through which to receive video, it will also help us better serve members of the Boston community and other guests who use the studio regularly for television appearances.”

Our Boston studio is newly renovated and boasts two high-definition insert studios and green rooms. It is conveniently located in the financial district of downtown Boston — one mile from Boston’s TD Garden, half a mile from the Massachusetts State House, and just 10 minutes from Logan airport.

The studio is available 24/7/365 and is used by a wide variety of guests with extensive knowledge on everything ranging from politics and finance to pop culture and healthcare.
