Lebanon, NH (April 10, 2020) – Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health recently opened a VideoLink ReadyCam on-site television studio at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, its flagship hospital in Lebanon, NH. The studio installation has been instrumental in Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s ability to share timely information with the community and the media.
The ReadyCam provides Dartmouth-Hitchcock with broadcast-quality video, for live and recorded media interviews with television, cable, and web outlets in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. This studio enables Dartmouth-Hitchcock doctors and experts to be available to address the news of the day, including topics related to epidemiology, emergency preparedness, telehealth, and COVID-19.
Dartmouth-Hitchcock has been a leader in public communication about the coronavirus pandemic. Health experts, including, Joanne Conroy, MD, CEO and President, Edward Merrens, MD, Chief Clinical Officer, and Antonia Altomare, DO, Infectious Disease and International Health, are regularly sharing information with patients, employees and the public through video communications.
