Stifel Financial adds VideoLink ReadyCam® Studio to its New York City office for live TV interviews

December 7, 2017

New York City – December 7, 2017 – Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) has added a VideoLink ReadyCam® Studio for live TV interviews to raise the visibility of its New York-based spokespeople and leading sector experts. VideoLink is proud to announce it has installed a third ReadyCam at Stifel. ReadyCam studios already exist at Stifel’s headquarters in St Louis and at its Baltimore office. The New York City ReadyCam provides executives and analysts at Stifel and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. (KBW), a Stifel Company, with broadcast-quality video for live and recorded media interviews and facilitates other video productions.

“Market dynamics are changing faster today than ever before,” said Neil Shapiro, Director of Institutional Group Communications at Stifel Financial. “Having the ability to quickly and easily get our experts in front of the media to help educate and inform investors is absolutely critical.”

Fully equipped with an HD camera, broadcast-quality audio and lighting, an electronic backdrop and IP-based transmission, the in-house broadcast studio is operated by engineers at one of several VideoLink operations centers remotely, eliminating the need for Stifel to have technicians on-site.

“Stifel is a perfect fit for our ReadyCam studio. Not only are they recognized as one of the nation’s premier full-service financial services firms, their executives and analysts are frequently asked to appear as live guests on the television networks. This New York City ReadyCam, Stifel’s third, is expected to be very busy”, said Carol Stevens, Business Development Director at VideoLink.

Here’s a select list of available Stifel experts from the New York City ReadyCam:

1) Thomas Michaud, Chief Executive Officer, KBW

2) Hans Olsen, Global Head of Investment Strategy, Stifel Financial

3) Frederick Cannon, Director of Research, KBW
