Positions Available 
Sales Executives based in Boston, Philadelphia or NYC.
We are seeking Sales Executives that meet either of two profiles, those with at least five years experience selling into the financial services or medical marketplace or those who have at least two years experience selling solutions into the corporate or higher education marketplace and at least five years experience in broadcast media. The Sales Executive candidate must be able to sell the value of a service offering, communicate effectively with C- level executives, show proven sales success and is a team player. We need Sales Executives who are coachable and hungry.
 
Staff Accountant
Reporting to the VP of Finance & Administration, the Staff Accountant will work with both A/P and A/R.  The candidate must have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and excellent communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES (A/P):
  • Accurate processing and payment of vendor invoices
  • Receiving and accurate matching of invoices directly to purchase orders
  • Batch processing and payment of monthly recurring expenses
  • Reconciling and processing of employee expense reports
  • Participate in the monthly review and reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts
  • Provide month end reconciliation schedules for accounts payable related accounts
  • Review vendor statements and discrepancy resolution
  • Respond professionally to all account inquiries
  • Generate yearly 1099 forms for independent contractors

RESPONSIBILITIES (A/R):
  • Processing of customer invoices for assigned customers and accounts
  • Work alongside various departments to ensure that invoicing is accurate, all expenses are accounted for and that queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Respond to both internal and external customer requests and inquiries
  • Provide backup support for AR functions including cash receipts, bank deposits and collections during absences
     
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of three years progressive experience in accounts payable and receivable with general ledger exposure
  • Proven understanding of accrual based accounting practices
  • Associates degree in business, accounting or finance is required
  • Technologically proficient
  • Knowledge of state sales and use tax processes
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
